Seabee Order of Battle

The Official Web Site for the Seabees
This is the new web site for all deployable Seabees units. You'll find links to active duty and reserve brigades, regiments, battalions, maintenance units, underwater construction teams, construction battalion units and support units.

2nd Naval Construction Brigade  
The 2nd NCB supports the US Atlantic Fleet. Two active regiments -- 20th NCR and 22nd NCR -- direct battalion operations throughout the Atlantic area of operations. Two reserve regiments -- 3rd NCR and 7th NCR -- direct reserve Seabee operations. Headquarters of the 2nd NCB are located at NAB Little Creek, Norfolk, Virginia.

3rd Naval Construction Brigade  
The 3rd NCB supports the US Pacific Fleet. Two active regiments -- 30th NCR and 31st NCR -- direct battalion operations throughout the Pacific area of operations. Two reserve regiments -- 1st NCR and 9th NCR -- direct reserve Seabee operations. Headquarters of the 3rd NCB are located at NB Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport
NCBC Gulfport, Mississippi is the homeport of NMCB 1, NMCB 7, NMCB 74 and NMCB 133. UCT 1 is located at NAB Little Creek. The 20th NCR is the training regiment at Gulfport.

Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme
NCBC Port Hueneme, California is the homeport of NMCB 3, NMCB 4, NMCB 5 NMCB 40 and UTC 2. The 31st NCR is the training regiment at Port Hueneme.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command--or NAVFAC--is the systems command responsible for design, construction and maintenance of all US Navy facilities throughout the world.

Seabee Logistics Center
Responsible for developing training programs, new equipment and logistical support systems for the Seabees. SLC -- called Slick in the vinacular -- is located in Port Hueneme.
